Processing activities and purposes

Eurosirel S.p.A. informs you that the company name of your organisation, as well as the personal and identifying data of the contact person interacting with our company, will be collected and processed for the following purposes:

  • – Execution of contractual services as detailed in the agreement signed between the Parties;
  • – Fulfilment of administrative/accounting requirements (including statutory obligations);

The processing carried out using paper and/or electronic tools does not involve automated decision-making processes.

Legal basis for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of the existence of a contractual relationship between the Data Controller and the Data Subject and, in any case, it is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.

Provision of data

Providing data is optional but necessary for achieving the purposes indicated above. Failure to provide such data prevents fulfilment of the aforementioned obligations and the administrative and accounting management of the relationship.

Data disclosure and scope of dissemination

Data may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects used by Eurosirel S.p.A. to carry out certain activities functional to the provision of its services: consultants and freelance professionals, individually or in association (Law Firm, Accounting Firm, Bodies responsible for receiving notifications of non-compliance with sector regulations), banks and credit institutions, companies and enterprises (e.g. logistics service providers). Data will not be disseminated.

Data retention period

10 years from the date of termination of contracts with customers and suppliers (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code, which requires accounting records to be kept for 10 years; Art. 22 of Presidential Decree No. 600 of 29 September 1973).

Rights of the Data Subject

You are granted full rights to: request from the Data Controller access to personal data and their rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing concerning you, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. Such rights may be exercised by sending an email to fornitori2@eurosirel.it.
Furthermore, the Data Controller will cease processing upon receipt of your related request.

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if the responses provided by the Data Controller are deemed unsatisfactory.

The competent authority is the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali):
