Processing activities and purposes

Eurosirel S.p.A. informs you that the personal data concerning you, potentially acquired during your participation in events, will be collected and processed for the following purposes:

• a) Management of communications from you and/or management of requests made during the initial contact;
• b) Communication of an offer in the event of a private negotiation;
• c) For the conclusion and performance of a contract and/or professional service orders, including related obligations;

The processing carried out using paper and/or electronic tools does not involve automated decision-making processes.

Legal basis for processing

For the purpose indicated under point 2 letter a), the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

For the purposes indicated under point 2 letters b) and c), processing is lawful as it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the Data Subject.

Provision of data

Providing data is optional but necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above. Failure to provide such data makes it impossible to carry out the purposes described above.

Data disclosure and scope of dissemination

Data may be disclosed to the following categories of subjects used by Eurosirel S.p.A. to carry out certain activities functional to the provision of its services: consultants and freelance professionals, individually or in association (Law Firm, Accounting Firm, Bodies responsible for receiving notifications of non-compliance with sector regulations), banks and credit institutions, companies and enterprises (e.g., logistics providers). Data will not be disseminated.

Data retention period

Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, in compliance with applicable legal requirements.

Data communication – Dissemination – Transfer

For the performance of the purposes described above, visitor data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Your data will not be disseminated and will not be transferred abroad.

Rights of the Data Subject

You are granted full rights to: request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing concerning you, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability. Such rights may be exercised by sending an email to fornitori2@eurosirel.it.
Furthermore, the Data Controller will stop processing upon receipt of your communication withdrawing consent previously given.

Complaint to the Supervisory Authority

The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if the responses provided by the Data Controller are deemed unsatisfactory.
